The first capelin schools of this winter is found in Icelandic waters. A search mission of three vessels led by the marine exploration vessel Árni Friðriksson saw turf north of Hornstrandir and the Hunaflói. “This is not a huge amount that we saw as a whole,” said Birkir Bárðarson, chief of staff in a conversation with the news agency at mid-day, when Arni Fridriksson was arriving in Ísafjörður.

"We are laying in Ísafjörður, we have been in. It has become unworkable out here, "Birkir said, assuming that they would have to wait for the weather for the next two days. The weather look was such that it would not go out again until Friday. Then the Westfjords would continue to explore west of Víkurál in this round. In February, it was planned to embark on another expedition.
